Chef Ayda Robana

In celebration of her North African roots, storytelling has been an important part of her life. She loves to tell stories through food and gather loved ones around a table to enjoy a meal together. 

Ayda has combined her Tunisian background, extensive world travels, and local Santa Barbara food knowledge to create a unique culinary experience.

Smoked salmon ikura and beetroot aguachili with papadums

Farmers market chicories salad 

Moroccan spiced grilled lamb or grilled eggplant carrot topped chermoula with tahini roasted sweet potatoes 

Seasonal fruit galettes with local ice cream 

Dessert will be crafted by chef Sandra Adu Zelli, of Gypsy Hill Bakery in Santa Barbara.
